1. Obey any marshal's instructions.
2. Display Number plaque provided so that it can be read from the front
3. Age 12 or over on the day of the challenge.
   Persons under 15½ MUST AT ALL TIMES BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
4. Follow the route, navigational skills & map are optional, OS Leisure Map 21 S. Pennines.
5. Follow the Country Code, take care when approaching horse riders - let them know you're there.
6. Obey the Highway Code, take care when approaching pedestrians and have due regard to the general public who may be using the same tracks and bridleways as we do.
7. Any rider causing or witnessing an accident MUST stop and help anyone injured and notify the emergency services and the organisers.
8. Helmets must be worn at all times.
9. The decision of the organiser is final.
10. Persons under 15½ MUST AT ALL TIMES, be accompanied by an adult.
11. No outside help or cheating.
12. No entries allowed on the day, without prior arrangement.
13. Any entrant who retires MUST inform the organisers.
